Isle of Harris Gin perfect serve

Discover how to create the perfect serve to enjoy your Isle of Harris Gin. Produced in Harris Distillers’ Tarbert distillery, its key botanical is sugar kelp sourced from underwater forests in the Outer Hebrides.
  • 50ml Isle of Harris Gin
  • Ice
  • Premium tonic (Isle of Harris Distillers recommend Walter Gregor’s Scottish Tonic Water)
  • Red grapefruit to garnish (or another citrus fruit if preferred. We like orange!)
  • Isle of Harris Sugar Kelp Aromatic Water
  1. Chill a low ball glass in the fridge
  2. Add plenty of ice
  3. Rub a generous wedge of your chosen garnish around the glass, then place inside
  4. Pour in 50ml of Isle of Harris Gin
  5. Add a few drops of their Sugar Kelp Aromatic Water
  6. Top up with tonic to taste, roughly 2 parts tonic to 1 part gin (or to your desired preference)
  7. Stir gently and serve
