INGREDIENTS

  • 30ml Jarrold’s London Dry Gin
  • 100ml of Premium Tonic Water (Jarrold’s recommend Fever-Tree naturally light, but we also love it with Fever-Tree Mediterranean)
  • 1 slice of lemon, lime or grapefruit
  • A sprig of thyme or rosemary (depending on tastes)
  • INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Chill a high ball glass in the fridge for a few minutes then add plenty of ice (don’t scrimp!)
    2. Add 30ml of Jarrold’s Gin followed by your choice of tonic
    3. Garnish to your preferred taste
    4. Stir gently and serve
